Matrimony.com reports Rs 117 Cr revenue and Rs 10 Cr profit in Q4 FY26

Matrimony.com Ltd, the parent company of Bharat Matrimony, has announced its financial results for the last quarter of FY26. During the period, the company reported a steady 8% year-on-year growth in revenue, while its profit increased by over 18% to Rs 9.7 crore. The group’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 116.8 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 108.3 crore in Q4 FY25, according to its consolidated financial statements sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

The company primarily generated revenue from subscriptions to its matchmaking services, which contributed Rs 116 crore during the quarter. It also earned Rs 84 lakh from marriage and allied services, along with Rs 5 crore in finance income, taking its total quarterly income to Rs 121.9 crore. For the full fiscal year ended March 2026, Matrimony.com reported flat revenue at Rs 460 crore, while its profit declined over 24% year-on-year to Rs 34 crore from Rs 45 crore in FY25.On the expense front, advertisement and marketing remained the company’s largest cost centre, rising to Rs 44.7 crore in Q4 FY26. Meanwhile, employee benefit expenses increased marginally by 5% year-on-year to Rs 37.2 crore.

Finance costs, depreciation and amortisation expenses, along with other overheads, pushed the company’s total expenditure to Rs 110 crore in Q4 FY26, which remained largely flat compared to the same quarter last year.

Steady revenue growth and controlled spending helped Matrimony group increase its profit by over 18% to Rs 9.7 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 8.2 crore in the same quarter last year. Shortly after announcing its financial results, Matrimony.com also declared a dividend of Rs 5 per share, with August 5, 2026 set as the record date.
