MrS. DIVYA Gupta [m.a., LL.B.]

She holds Bachelor’s degree in Law and in Arts and Master’s degree in English Literature and in History from Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.

Mrs. Divya Gupta is an Advocate by profession. She has comprehensive and intense experience of drafting and arguing on the original and appellate jurisdictions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, and various other Courts and tribunals. She has varied experience in issues under the Transfer of Property Act, Specific Relief Act, Partition suits, Copyright Act, Trademarks Act, Designs Act, Company Appeals, Proceedings before the Official Liquidator, Petitions for Oppression and Mismanagement before the National Company Law Tribunal, Writ petitions. She is an expert in Drafting and Vetting of Memorandum of Understanding, Promoters Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Commercial Agreements.

Mr. Rohit Sharma [ACS, B.Com.]

He is an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

He has expertise in setting up start-ups companies, LLP & NBFCs, managing their ongoing compliances including striking off companies. Some of the other areas that he has been dealing include compounding of offences under Company Law and FEMA and making representations and obtaining approvals from Regional Director (RD), FIPB.

Mrs. Komal Sahu [ACS, B.Com.]

She is an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds rich experience in the field of Corporate Law advisory, Compliances, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, business set up services and obtaining approval of Registrar of Companies (RoC), Regional Director (RD) etc.

MR. HARI MOHAN RAJPUT [ACA, B.COM.]

Mr. Hari Mohan Rajput is an Associate Member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He possesses more than 8 years’ experience in Audit, Business Valuations & Direct and Indirect Tax Matters.
