The Mahindra Group recently announced significant leadership changes which is set to take effect in May 2024. The company announced that Kavinder Singh will be replaced as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (MHRIL) by Manoj Bhat, the existing Group CFO. This change occurs as a result of Singh's decision to step down as MHRIL's managing director and CEO, effective May 16, 2024. The Group announced Amarjyoti Barua, Executive Vice President - Group Strategy, as the new Group CFO, beginning May 17, 2024, as part of a comprehensive reorganisation of its finance leadership. The initiative is a component of the Group's larger plan to guarantee leadership preparedness and ongoing talent development throughout all of its companies.

Furthermore, on May 1, 2024, Avinash Bapat will take over as the new CFO of Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Ltd. (MLDL), replacing Vimal Agarwal as CFO of MHRIL. "Talent development is a key priority at the Mahindra Group, which has enabled us to attract and retain top talent," stated Dr Anish Shah, Group CEO & Managing Director, M&M.
